Fall Family Festival at Pacifica Garden
Yes, we’ll have a corn maze and pumpkins! But, OH, we’ll have sooo much more, too. For the young-uns
there will be hay-rides, the “Caterpillar” Science Trailer, a Trick-or-Treating route, Arts & crafts: make a mask and more, Pony rides, Spooky-Storytelling in a “dark & scary place!”, Petting Zoo, Outdoor games, a Real Tipi, Nature Treasure Hunts, and Fishing (rods
available)! For the young-at-heart there will be a Zip Line, Live Music,GOOD food, an Art Exhibit and sale, Fall Plant Sale, AND a Beer Garden! This is Fall & Halloween at their finest.

With an entrance fee of $10.00 per car, many activities (corn maze, Caterpillar, Tipi, arts & crafts, petting zoo) are free. Others (pumpkins, zip line, pony rides, food, etc.) will have an additional nominal fee. Pacifica is located at 14615 Water Gap (2 miles south of Hwy 238 between Applegate and Murphy).
ALL profits will go to benefit Pacifica and “The Caterpillar”, Pacifica’s mobile science and nature center which takes fun, hands-on science to thousands of local children each year.

August Rush at Jo. Co. Movies in the Park
The second installment of 2010′s Jo. Co. Movies in the Park continues tonight at Tom Pearce with the feature film “August Rush.” This week will also feature a 25 foot inflatable screen for the first time! Visit the events page for more info. Click here for directions.
Area 51 Free Movie in the Park!
Movies in the park begin this Friday at Tom Pearce Park in Grants Pass! This Friday’s feature film is Area 51. The movie will begin at sundown. Get there early for good seats! Parks fee is waived after 7pm, but you are more than welcome to support the parks with a donation.
